BOS Logistics has provided the personnel, organization, and administrative controls necessary to ensure that each task in the customer’s Statement of Work is completed satisfactorily. Our employee is considered Personnel for the customer and they are identified in the BOS Logistics staffing plan. BOS Logistics has provided evidence, such as resumes, that show proposed personnel possess the proper qualifications and experience required to perform the requirements of this contract.
We use national search services, (i.e. Indeed.com) to connect with qualified persons who we bring on board as our employee and then under contract place them as personnel for the customer. These persons are hand picked to meet the qualifications and specifications required.
Preliminary background investigations are performed when required.
